UNLIMITED CLASSES: True Fitness offers our members unlimited classes for one small fee. For only $10 per month, our members enjoy access to any of our classes. Attend one or attend them ALL for the same low price. Our instructors come from all walks of life, but have one common goal in mind: Have a great time teaching classes and achieving the fitness and wellness goals of our members. Check out the schedule below for our current lineup of classes. We change classes based on season and participation, so check back often for udates!

Rise and ShineA high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. This class is for the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! Instructors: Mac and Michael.  FOCUS: Strength/Tone

Morning Spinning-  Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride of your life! INSTRUCTORS: Marius and Carrie.   FOCUS: Cardio Burn

True Stretch-   Now join us over your lunch and work out the kinks with this stretching class.  Want to do something for your health, but don’t want to be dripping in sweat well this is the class for you. Perfect for those wanting to get in something quick over lunch and feel great the rest of the day.  True Stretch is designed to develop maximum body control, flexibility, and USABLE ranges of motion.  Instructor: Mac, Michael, or Cindy.  FOCUS: Flexibility/Mobility

Bootcamp- We want to keep your body guessing and challenge you differently in every class! Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness strength, cardio, flexibility, and endurance! Instructor: Mac  FOCUS: Cardio/Fat Burn

YogaLeave your worries at the door!! This stress relieving class will focus on stretching and posing your way to a stress free week. Instructor: Pat.  FOCUS: Flexibility/Core

True Stations-  True Stations will keep you turning and burning with our rendition of a stations class.  Join us for a totally unique class guaranteed to make you sweat. Instructor: Mac and Michael. FOCUS: Strength/Endurance

Senior Wellness-   Stretching based class designed for seniors or any others that would like to participate. This class loosens those joints, gets you moving, and gets you ready to feel your best for the day.  Great for all levels and awesome for anyone, not just our seniors! Instructor: Mac, Michael, or Cindy.  FOCUS: Stretching/Stability
