Mac Young and Cindy Riddle!
Hi, my name is Mac Young! I am a graduate of Dakota Wesleyan University with a Bachelor Degree in Sports, Exercise, and Wellness. I was a collegiate golfer at DWU and played hockey in high school. I performed all of my clinical internship hours right here at True Fitness and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, so I made it my home away from home! Nothing motivates me more than empowering people through physical fitness and training. I base my sessions on your personal goals and interests, and feel that workouts should test and improve your physical and mental abilities and, above all, be fun and engaging. My goal is to guide clients on how to get and stay physically and mentally fit. I not only want to see my clients achieve their goals, but look and feel their best, and develop the self-confidence needed to enjoy a happy, healthy lifestyle.
Hi! I am Cindy Riddle and am very excited to be a part of True Fitness!! I have worked in the fitness field for 33 plus years with clients of all ages. It is very gratifying to see individuals improve their fitness levels and meet their personal goals. Instructing individuals in the group fitness classes or one on one, you will find that I emphasize proper form and alignment, so the individual wiil achieve the most benefit from their workout!! I LOVE people and the environment in which we work allows me to meet individuals and watch them increase their self-confidence and follow their path to WELLNESS.
True Fitness prides itself on staffing our gym to help our clients, so we are here when you need us! We would love to help you meet your personal fitness goals. After hours sessions are available by appointment. We can't wait to start you on your path to True Fitness!
Personal Training Rates:
45 Minute Sessions
Single session: $30
6 power pack: $120
12 power pack: $210
True Fitness Personal Training provides a customized workout program that is individualized to meet your personal wellness needs and goals. The workout program is developed and supervised by one of our male or female trainers. The program will incorporate cardio, flexibility, strength training, core stabilization, as well as education to better meet your goals. Workout times are by appointment to work around your schedule.
Prior to your initial session, you will be asked to fill out a goal sheet, so that your program can be designed to meet your needs. At your initial session, initial data will be collected to monitor your progress throughout the program.
You have the option to pay for one session at a time or get a discount by buying multiple sessions at the same time. When you buy multiple sessions, it helps our trainers to better customize your program as well as project the frequency per week to better ensure your success. Keep in mind, that the trainer may be supervising more than one workout at a time. If you want exclusive one-on-one training and supervision, look into our Exclusive Personal Training.
TRUE FITNESS Exclusive Personal Training:

True Fitness Exclusive Personal Training provides no interruptions, one-on-one supervised training by one of our professional trainers. We will develop a customized workout program and be by your side every step of the way. The program will incorporate cardio, flexibility, strength training, core stabilization, as well as education to better meet your goals. Workout times are by appointment to work around your schedule.
Prior to your initial personal training session, you will be asked to fill out a goal sheet. Our professional staff will analyze and discuss your goals, and create a program to meet your needs. At your initial session, initial data will be collected to monitor your progress throughout the program. You will set up a plan with your trainer in order to more effectively manage your progress and provide necessary feedback to ensure your success.
