True Fitness is proud to offer Personal Training on multiple levels depending on your needs. Our professional staff will analyze and discuss your goals, and create a program to meet your needs. At your initial session, data will be collected to monitor your progress throughout the program. You will set up a plan with your trainer in order to more effectively manage your progress and provide necessary feedback to ensure your success. Choose from personal training session where your trainer may be training you, and several other individuals at once (group training), or an exclusive personal training session where you work uninterrupted one on one with your trainer. Both types of sessions are scheduled to fit your schedule!
